The son of immigrant parents, I was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry, I accepted an appointment to the Mount Sinai post graduate general residency program here in Milwaukee. My intention was to complete the one year program and then return to Ohio, but at the conclusion of the program I was offered a teaching position at the Marquette University School of Dentistry and my roots took hold here in Milwaukee. Within a year I purchased a private dental practice in Whitefish Bay and ran that office for 40 years.
Rather than retire, I sold my practice to Sandvick & Associates, and joined the group practice to continue seeing my patients in this lovely new setting. I’ve known Dr. Sandvick since he was a dental student many years ago and we’ve remained close friends. I am delighted to be here and to give my patients a new home for their continued dental care going forward.
On a personal note, I have two grown children. My daughter works in the finance field in New York City and is married and has a young child. My son is a Captain in the Army, Ranger qualified, and has served at Arlington National Cemetery in the Honor Guard. He is presently posted with the 101st Airborne and plans to marry in late 2022. I enjoy sailing and golf and of course rooting on my football Buckeyes in the fall. O-H !!!
